Please collect your badge and congress materials from Monday 17th June, 14:00 - 18:00, in the main entrance hall.
Posters can be set up from 14:00 on Tuesday 18th June. The poster board dimensions is 150cm high x 90cm wide (4,92 x 2,95 feet). Velcro coins will be supplied from the help desk in the poster areas. The poster areas will be open to delegates from Wednesday 19th June at 07:30.
Thursday, June 20th 16:00 / 17:30 - Agora 2 & 3
The poster areas are located on Agora 2 and Agora 3.
All posters should be taken down after the last coffee break on Friday 21st June between 15:00 and 17:00. All posters still in place after 17:00 will be disposed of.
A certificate will be emailed to all poster presenters who displayed their posters during the Congress. Please note that certificates will not be provided for co-authors.
